Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and use of the Nexis Global website and chauffeur services. By submitting a booking request, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Booking Terms

 

All bookings made through the Nexis Global website, email, phone, or authorized representatives are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is issued by Nexis Global.

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including passenger details, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, times, flight details (where applicable), and any special instructions. Nexis Global is not responsible for service disruptions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

 

Bookings made on behalf of another individual must include correct rider information. The person making the booking assumes responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

 

 

2. Pricing & Payment

 

All rates are provided based on the information supplied at the time of booking and may vary due to changes in itinerary, waiting time, route modifications, tolls, parking fees, or additional services requested.

 

Payment terms, accepted methods, deposits, and invoicing details will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of service.

 

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Cancellation terms vary based on service type and booking location:

 

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation charges.

  • Airport Transfers: Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may be subject to full or partial charges.

  • Event & Hourly Services: Cancellations within 12 hours may be charged up to the full service amount.

  • International Bookings: Cancellation policies may vary based on local partners and may be non-refundable once confirmed.

 

No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to appear at the pickup location may result in full service charges.

 

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

 

4. Waiting Time

 

Complimentary waiting time may be included depending on service type. Additional waiting time beyond the included allowance will be billed accordingly. Airport pickup waiting time is calculated from the actual landing time of the flight.

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients and passengers must behave respectfully and comply with all applicable laws during the service. Nexis Global reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

 

Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. Nexis Global is not liable for items lost or left in vehicles.

 

 

6. Vehicle Use & Safety

 

Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Seatbelt use is mandatory where required by law. Nexis Global may refuse service if safety is compromised.

 

 

7. Delays & Force Majeure

 

Nexis Global is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, mechanical issues, or acts of God.

 

 

8. International Services

 

International chauffeur services are provided through vetted third-party partners. Nexis Global acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for local regulations, traffic laws, or actions beyond reasonable control in international locations.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexis Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 

 

10. Indemnification

 

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexis Global, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

 

 

11. Website Use

 

Content on the Nexis Global website is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
